Conveyor Belt Supporting Structures

ConBelt software utility creates data files for carrying out the analysis and design of various types of Supporting Structures for Conveyor Belt. Although the software name is ConBELT, its scope is not restricted to Conveyor Belts only. It can be used for preparing data for various types of Trusses, Hoarding Supports, and Straight & Tapered Trestles etc.

Data files created are compatible with Ensoft Steel-Master & also other software for steel design. Only Basic Dimensions of structure, DL+LL loadings and Wind pressure etc. shall be entered as input. Program generates geometry with member arrangements on all 4 sides of 3D structure and top/bottom nodal loads.

Gallery Truss can be horizontal or inclined. Trestle can have of different shapes of lacings i.e. Single Inclined, A-Shaped, X-shaped and Double A Shaped etc.

ConBelt utility program will save lot of time and hassle of creating the data files manually or graphically. With few parameter inputs data for huge 3 Dimensional structure get created automatically.
