Requirements |

Software
runs on any computers connected with Ethernet Local Area Network
LAN cards, with min. 512 MB RAM memory and Windows
XP/ Vista or Windows 2000/2003 O.S.

Software
is copy protected and will run only when LAN Hardware
Lock supplied along-with is connected to one computer
in the network. Software can be run from any other computer
in that in that LAN.

Max.
3 No. of users are allowed to run software simultaneously
in same office premises for 3 User Licenses.

Prices
quoted above are for supplying Multi User Version
of the software without any Visit to your place..
- For
Sale in India: Sales Tax VAT/ CST and Courier charges
are included in above price. You shall pay Municipal Octroi if
applicable to the courier person.
- For
Sale outside India: Courier charges are included in
above price. You shall pay Taxes & Duties if applicable at your
place to the courier company.

Software will be Dispatched through Courier within 5 days from
receiving your Purchase Order and realization of amount.

Software can also be Installed & Demonstrated in your office,
at extra cost. To & Fro Air Fares from Mumbai to the Airport
nearest to your place and All expenses of visit shall be paid
by you in advance.

Technical
Support regarding software is available free from our office
in Mumbai, India for a period of one year from
date of supply. It means that if you face any difficulty while
operating software, during this period, you can contact
our office via, Phone or Email for any clarifications.

Software
price does not include any visit to your office for Installation
or Training.

Software
shall be used in accordance with "Ensoft License
Agreement". AMC for providing Upgrades and further
Technical Support will be chargeable extra after completion
of one year.

Hardware
Lock and CD supplied with Software has a Warranty of
One Year from date of supply. It means that if the
Lock or Disc gets defective during this period it will be replaced
free of cost.
