: How many Users can login
at a time?
Answer : There
are two types of subscription plans: 1. Single User
Plan in which One UserID is given for remote Login.
2. Multi User Plan in which Three UserIDs are given,
so that three persons can Login simultaneously.

by the user or not?
Answer :
Password cannot be changed by the user. Ensoft Technical
Support Team can Login to your account to solve your
specific problem if required.
