IN-TR-01.
Message displayed 'Lock Not Installed'.
Solution: While running the software,
if the Lock is not detected properly a message
is displayed on the screen 'Lock not installed
on Machine'. Check whether the Hardware Lock is
connected properly as per the instructions described
in IN-FQ-02
IN-TR-02.
Message Displayed 'Unknown Error'.
Solution: If the Hardware Lock
is not installed ,'Unknown Error' message is displayed
after running the software. Install the USB or
Parallel Port Lock driver as mentioned in IN-FQ-02
IN-TR-03. Message displayed 'Debug Assertion
Failed'.
Solution: If the Active-X components
are not registered properly while installing the
software a error will be displayed 'Debug Assertion
Failed' on the screen while executing various
commands of Build-Master which are as follows:
1. Random Mesh command in the mesh data dialog
box while drawing a mesh.
2. The ModifyARC / ModifyRCC menus in the Edit
Plan Data option of Floor menu.
In this case run the Register Active-X Components
as explained in IN-FQ-03
IN-TR-04. Message displayed 'Unable
to Initialize DAO/Jet Engine'.
Solution: 'Unable to Initialize
DAO/Jet db engine' message is displayed on the
screen if the Dao/jet engine is not initialized
properly. Install the MS ACCESS DAO/ Jet Engine
as explained in IN-FQ-04
IN-TR-05. Message displayed 'Failed to
create Empty Document'.
Solution: 'Failed to Create Empty
Document' error message will be displayed on the
screen if the program is unable to create a new
database file. Install the MS ACCESS DAO/ Jet
Engine as explained in IN-FQ-04
IN-TR-06. Main Menu Screen doesn't
appear.
Solution: The main menu screen
of Build-Quant doesn't appears
after the title screen If this happens Press Ctrl
+ Alt + Del only once. The Close Program
dialog box will then appear on the screen. Now
Select BQuant.Exe Name and Click
on End Task. Check whether the
lock is properly installed or not.
IN-TR-07.
Message displayed
"Error during the Move Data Process:115".
Reason: Sentry files are read only in
windows folder.
Solution:
Go to C:\ Windows from Explorer
1) Arrange the files by ‘Name’
2) Look for the file names starting with ‘sentry’
from the list of files.
3) Select all sentry files & right click in
the blue area.
4) Select ‘Properties’ option.
5) A dialog box appears Undo tick to remove Read
attribute & click OK.
6) Again Run setup.exe program
IN-TR-08. Message
displayed "Error
623".
Reason
: Earlier Installation command was run
halfway.
Solution : Delete the Build-Quant
folder & reinstall.
IN-TR-09. Message
displayed "Cannot Run 16 Bit Application".
Reason:
Problem in your WINDOWS XP Installation.
Solution: Contact your Hardware
Vendor.
