It's a great pleasure in releasing the first Version of our new software Smart FollowUp.

Smart FollowUp is not an Address Book Software nor a Mailing List one. It is neither an Appointment Software nor a Project Management one. It is not an Accounting Software nor an Inventory Software.

It is a Customer Relation Management (CRM) Software.
CRM is actually recording and making available all information pertaining to your customers. In every business continuous interactions takes place between the customers and clients. For example, a letter is received and it is replied. A quotation is sent and the Order is received. The material is supplied and an acknowledgment received. An Invoice is submitted and payments are received.

This information shall be stored in such a way that it is easily accessible to all concerned people such as office assistants, sales executives, managers, all the way upto the CEO. CRM centers around a knowledge base that captures all customer information.

Smart FollowUp is an innovative software, which not only keeps the track of all these transactions, but also prepares all the documents for them. As a step towards the paperless office, these documents need not be printed but directly stored, for easy retrieval.

The software is general purpose and designed such that it will cater the requirements of all the above. It is user friendly and without any training, user can master it in few hours.

The main feature of this package is that, the actual transaction documents such as Inwards, Outwards, Visiting Cards etc. are stored as Scanned Image Files created with the help of a Scanner. There is no need to refer to the actual paper documents there after.
