 FAQ ANSWERS :::

DR-FQ-01. How do I get Centre Line Plan with Grid Dimensions?
Answer : In the RCC Floor Plan Drawing Parameters dialog box the Put Plan Dimensions check box is blank by default, Click on the check box and create the drawing once again. The dimensions will then appear on the screen.

DR-FQ-02. How do I print schedule drawings in British Units?
Answer : If the user wishes to print Schedule Drawings in British Units, while creating the new project, units shall be selected as 'British Units' in 'Create New Project' dialog box.

DR-FQ-03. How do I mark the beams and slabs falling in same group as one type in the plan drawings?
Answer : In the RCC Floor Plan Drawing Parameters dialog box by default the Beam Sr. No and Slab Sr. No radio buttons are active. When the Beam Type and Slab Type option is selected then the program marks the beam numbers and slab numbers falling in the same group as one type respectively. The Type No option shall be chosen only after design of RCC Beams and Slabs (When .SIB and .SIS are ready)

DR-FQ-04. How to plot a footing plan with center line dimensions ?
Answer : Create RCC Plan drawing at the Plinth level with center line dimensions by ticking the "Show Dimensions in Plan" option. This will create $RCCPLAN-ABCD-PL.dxf file. Then create the Foundation Plan drawing using Floor --> Plan Drawings --> Foundation Plan command which will create $FOTPLAN-ABCD-PL.dxf file. Now Open the RCC drawing $RCCPLAN-ABCD-PL.dxf file in CAD Package. Give Insert Block command. Browse to the Project Folder, select footing plan drawing $FOTPLAN-ABCD-PL.dxf for superimposing. Remove tick mark at Specify on screen option for both Insertion point and Scale. This will place both the drawings with (0,0) as origin and scale factor 1.0. Merged CAD files will be displayed when you Click on Ok.
