GN-FQ-03 : How do I place order for the software ?
Answer : Order can be placed on telephone, through e-mail or by written communication.

GN-FQ-04 : What is the mode of payment ?
Answer : 100% amount shall be paid in advance alongwith purchase order. Demand Draft or Mumbai local cheques shall be drawn in favour of
Ensoft Systems Pvt. Ltd. payable at Mumbai.

GN-FQ-05 : Do I get any technical support for using the software ?
Answer : Software comes with a set of Reference Manual in which one program run for sample example is given in detail. Since the software is user friendly, user can independently run the software by reading the manual. However clients have online support available in case of problem which are solved via e-mail.

These software are being continuously upgraded. The latest current version data is available at our site. Upgrades of software will be supplied free of cost for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

GN-FQ-06 : Does the software have any guarantee ?
Answer : The hardware lock and CD supplied with the software has a Warranty of One Year from the date of supply. It means that if lock or CD gets defective during this period, it will be replaced free of cost.

GN-FQ-07 : Does the software run on Windows 2000/XP ?
Answer : It can work under all version of like, Windows '95/'98/ME, Windows 2000/XP. For Windows 2000 & Windows XP a separate driver is provided in software which has to be run on the machine while installing the software.
