: What is Rate-Anly ?
Answer : Rate-Anly software is useful for contractors
and Architects for the Rate Analysis of construction
items like concrete, brickwork, plaster, etc. Analysis
of an item is defined in terms of materials, labour
and overheads. For any change in material rates, program
will calculate the new item rates. From the given quantities
of a project, it will work out the materials take off,
using the same rate analysis. Ready Rate Analysis is
available with the package as per CPWD, PWD, NABHI,
NHAI MOST specificatons.

: Can I add new materials
items in Rate-Anly ?
Answer : Yes. Rate-Anly stores the list of
materials, labour, items in MS-ACESS compatible database
file. User can easily add new materials, items in this
database file.

: Can I change Rate Analysis
constants in Rate-Anly ?
Answer : Yes. Material, Labour, machinery constants
used in Rate Analysis can be change by the user as per
his requirement easily in this packages.

: Can I design different
types of Overheads ?
Answer : Yes. Multiple Overheads can be define
in terms of cumulative percentages. User can add/edit
overheads of his choice.

: Can I get material take
off for a project ?
Answer : Yes. Using the Rate Analysis constants,
program will generate material and labour take off given
item quantities.

: How Rate-Anly software
is different from EXCEL spreadsheet ?
Answer : In spreadsheet, it is not easy to
add a new material, item etc. User has to create a new
cell and link it with other cells in the sheet himself
for proper results. Whereas Rate-Anly is a menu driven
packages in which new items can be added easily as well
as Rate Analysis of an new item can be define easily.

: Can I take Rate-Anly
output to other ERP like packages ?
Answer : Yes. Since Rate-Anly is storing all
inputs & outputs in MS-ACESS database, it is compatible with most of the ERP software available in the market.
